The First Raid

((Hellos, Sorry if this is abit inaccurate but this is how the game would look like since Konoro's don't have hands that I know of :p I imagined Konoros as more helpers to the highest rank in a village more than fighters themselves))

A figure watched from over top the hill, as the tribesmen below scurried around doing there usual business. His scouts had already found this place days ago, but he never ordered the attack, letting the tribesmen ignore the attack.

"Savages...Bunch of dirty savages," Martin said, turning to the small red Konorion warrior on his shoulder, "Orthan, these tribesmen as weak as you say?"

"Yes sir, they're a bunch of pansies," The little warrior laughed jumping up and down on Martin's shoulder, "Sure, they've got the numbers but they're all bark and no bite. The fact the wind hasn't blown them away is nothing short of a miracle."

"Alright, Alright," Martin replied annoyed. Orthan had been bugging him since he found the settlement to attack. He knew better though, he would ensure the quick defeat possible, since his troops weren't to strong on the defensive end either. With his stead, charging down the hill, the knight lead the oncoming massacre. Axe and swordmen flooded over the hills, while catapults shoot from behind cover, taking out atleast 3 dozen Peon.

"Oh the blood! How I love a good raid!" yelled the warrior, grinning from cheek to cheek, "Soon they'll all be dead!" Martin couldn't help myself from smiling either, as he unsheathed his sword. It had been a long time since he shed blood.

Martin pulled out his lance, as he charged the few enemies that managed to pull themselves together. Piercing one, he threw the agonizing body to the side, before charging through the gap. 'I'll let my men deal with those guys. I want the Konoro and its champion.'

Boulders suddenly were flung through the air, as the tribesmen had finally rallied the troops and were beginning to mount their huge offensive. Martin bared his teeth as he knew atleast 2 dozen of his men had just die. Orthan was still bouncing on his shoulder, it didn't seem to bother him who died as long as there was blood.

Before Martin could act, he was lunged forward. Looking back, he saw his stead had been effectively stoned to death by several slingers, who simply retreated back to keep their own lives. "After them, fool!" Orthan yelled, "End their lives!"

"We got more important things to do!" snapped the knight, still getting up off the ground, "Do you want this Konoro dead or not!" With that, the knight scanned the battle field, looking for the champion of this settlement.

He had found him. A Shaman. 'I just have to get close enough.', Martin thought. Sprinting at his target, he ignore the raging battle around him, focusing on only one thing. Murder.

"Enemy, 10'o clock!" the green Konorion called. Spotting the warrior on the knight's shoulder, his eyes widened, "Careful! This one's got a Warrior!" With that shaman, turned to the knight quickly approaching.

Flinging his arm forward, he threw his lance toward the shaman. The knight grinned as his spear, flew through the air, exactly as he planned. However, Martin's face soon filled with horror as he say the shaman side-step out of the way, with relative ease. "Damn it," he cursed continuing the charge with his sword. Swinging his sword in an arc, the knight brought it down hard on the shaman. Splints of wood flew from the clash, as the shaman block with his staff. Keeping the assault in
rhythm, he keep chipping away at the staff until it snapped in half from the strain.

"It's over," Martin whispered as he brought his sword up, cutting from left waist to right shoulder. the lifeless body fell over, as the green Konoro split in half from the slice. With that the tribesmen were massacred unless they were forced to retreat.

"That was a great blood bath!" cheered Orthan, "When are we going to do it again!?"

"Soon enough, my friend," Martin replied as he walked over the bodies back to his settlement.
