Following behind the guards that had found her body, Mearwynn's spirit watched as her twin brother saw them approaching. The look in his eyes told her he had felt her pain but held the look that he knew it was going to happen. Sadness filled her as she felt a hand in her shoulder. Turning she saw the disappointment in his eyes as he drew her near. A light formed near him and he ushered her through as she realized the world she left will never change....

Days have passed...months... and uncertainties still linger in the air...

Feeling nauseous, she then took a moment to sit down on a parched grass. She closed her eyes..her shoulders feeling heavy..her legs aching...She was feeling incredibly tired..worn-out perhaps? All she wanted was a moment of silence..some rest.. some peace..and a feeling of being alone..a feeling of being numb..even for just a while..

She needed this moment. For when it's over, the journey continues...and uncertainties still linger in the air...

A few minutes later, a hand then rested on her shoulder..."Are you alright?"

She looked up to his towering height and their gazes locked as he helped her get to her feet. "Happy Birthday, my Prince...", she whispered with a smile and gave him a quick kiss on the lips...

A few minutes later, a hand then rested on her shoulder..."Are you alright?"

The closer they got....the more the nervousness grew inside him....so many things to worry about,the weight on his shoulders growing more each day it seemed.....the future was so uncertain and with J showing fully now thoughts of their child were with him always.

She had grown quiet over the last few weeks,her emotions guarded.....he tried to give her space,but ended up making a nuisance of himself.

As he watched her,from a distance, take a seat in the expanse of green grass.....he watched her take a few deep breaths and thought how muched he loved and needed her as the sky started to turn grey,like his mood of late....running his fingers through his hair....he thought without her and their child all this was for nothing...

With a practiced quietness he crossed over to her without her hearing him and gently laid his hand on her shoulder.....the feel of her warmth through her riding clothes..her closeness chasing his grey thoughts away like she always did..their gazes locking as he helped her up....trying not to get lost in her soft brown eyes..

"Thank you my love" he replied as she gave him a quick kiss and then he pulled her close....feeling her wrap her arms around him always made it feel like everything was going to be alright...

"I love you" he whispered quietly..
