How about a quest which lowers training time?

I've got an idea (dun dun dun!!!). There should be a quest for having 1,000 heavy mounted units in a village, and the reward is training times for mounted units are halved. (This would be very good, as the training in my capital doesn't finish until 7th november!!!)
