Hey,

I just changed my capital to a different town. I notice it says that any fields over stage 20 will be degraded. First of all it doesnt say how much by, and also it does not say that it is fields in the original capital which will degrade. I have also noticed that, before I can upgrade them, I have to repair them. Surely the maximum hitpoints should be based on the new (degraded) level.. not the original level..
