You do appear to have lost some to starvation, just not sure if they should have starved.

We will be introducing 2 new features to help us spot where troops are starving that shouldn't be...

There will be a new message system soon so that when you log in and you have lost units to starvation since you last logged in you will get a mail. there will also be a starvation overview so you can see if any are starving anywhere.
